Christmas Fair 2016

Thank you to all the parents, students, staff and relatives for your fund raising efforts once again. Without your donations, volunteering and spending we wouldn't have the funds to make improvements to our school.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Thank you from the EYU and PSFA

The EYU and PSFA would like to thank all those that attended the welcome to Nields afternoon. We hope that you found it welcoming and informative, if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to call in and speak to a member of staff.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Free Tea and Cake!

The Early Years Unit and the PSFA are hosting a Welcome to Nields Afternoon on Friday 29th September after school in the School Hall between 3.30 and 4.30pm. Whether you are new to Nields and your child has just started nursery or if you have been with us for a while, it is a great way to meet other parents and get to know the school.

Lots of us will have had a quick tour of the school but have now forgotten parts.  We can show where the children have lunch for example and explain the significance of a red or green square on the window of Class 6*. Did you know we have a sensory garden? Or a great outside space in the woods? How often do we really need to read with our children?  What is my child’s class teacher like? Can we recommend any clubs after school? With lots of parents from all the years represented in the PSFA someone will know the answers!

October 2015

Here at Nields School,  we are busy fundraising by collecting old British or foreign coins and notes, even obsolete currency.  Initially you'll see lots of posters around the school as well as the collection bucket.

Once all the currency has been collected we send it to www.cash4coins.co.uk who exchange it into cash that we can use. The bucket will be here all year so keep it coming please.

Thank you for your continued support.

WE RAISED £  66.23

The heaviest amount raised was won by Cosmic Rays and Mrs Morgan with a whopping 2.27kg. Their prize was a big bag of chocolate coins (well it had to be really!)
