The purpose of this committee is to oversee the financial performance of the school and make sure its money is well spent. To also ensure the school has strategic plans in place to ensure delivery of effective and safe teaching and learning within suitable premises.

Staffing and Pay
The purpose of this committee is to ensure the school staffing complement supports the school's aims and ethos and is affordable.

The purpose of this committee is to undertake the Principal's annual appraisal/review and ensure the school's teacher appraisal/review procedures are properly and appropriately conducted.

Pupil Discipline
The purpose of this committee is to work with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and review the use of exclusion within the school.

Appeals
The purpose of this committee is to hear appeals against initial decisions of the Principal or decisions of the staffing and pay or other committees about matters relating to the discipline, dismissal , appraisal or pay of staff.

Complaints
The purpose of this committee is to deal with complaints against the school that cannot be resolved by the Principal or are concering the Principal personally.
